The Plant Management Company is dedicated to providing a healthy workplace for all team members and contractors.

The Plant Management Company employs a full-time Workplace Health and Safety Officer in Queensland, with an assistant in Victoria. The Company complies with all legislation to ensure the safety, health and well-being of our staff, Contractors, Clients and the general public.

To integrate health and safety into all areas of our operations, The Company undertakes to:

  • Identify, assess and act upon any risks to health and safety in our work environment.
  • Eliminate all unsafe work practices.
  • Provide and maintain all equipment in a safe condition.
  • Provide and maintain safety and personal protective equipment necessary to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide training and inductions to ensure all team members are competent to perform their work in accordance with the company's Standard Work Procedures.
  • Commit to providing injured team members with all the support necessary to complete their rehabilitation and return to the workplace.
  • Ensure all Contractors to the company comply with OH&S legislation to maintain a safe work environment for the public,Contractors, and Plant Management staff.
  • Continue a program of monitoring the work environment in consultation with all team members to improve the OH&S Program.
  • Maintain and support an active Safety Committee.
